Located only a 45-minute drive from central Stockholm on the beautiful Lisö peninsula in Södertörn. Inspired by the architecture from the national romantic period with mansard roofs and five solid beautiful dormers, this building stands out from the crowd. You are welcomed by the inviting, grand entrance with historic cast iron gate post lanterns and a gently sloping driveway to the house and its majestic columns. The energy-efficient house with nostalgic touches and a modern open-plan layout between kitchen, living room, and dining area invites a very social, warm energy where many delightful dinners can be enjoyed together with family and friends. The house is fully furnished in a modern, yet tasteful warm style with eight beds in a total of five bedrooms, where the bedroom on the lower floor is furnished as an office. Two bathrooms with a luxurious spa feel, with bathtubs on the upper floor, complement the four bedrooms and the common room with an adorable sea view from the large balcony. The Lisö peninsula, and especially the Bredstäk enclave, is very private, stunningly silent except when you are awakened by birdsong in the morning with a few and pleasant neighbors who live a high-quality, relaxing lifestyle close to nature, forest, horse pastures, and boating. Life out here is truly a unique, safe oasis where one feels privileged to live. Berths are available for rent at Bredstäk’s nearby marina or at Skärlinge's holiday village harbor where there is also a beautiful sandy beach and lovely walking paths. At the nearby Skärlinge Farm, you can also rent horse spaces. From the house, you can walk or cycle down to the water on picturesque forest and summer paths for dock swimming and nature experiences. We rent out our home from the 15th of August to the 31st of May, 2027, as we enjoy the summer months here. If you want to rent the house on an annual basis with the possibility of an extension, it can be discussed since the summer months are rented at a higher price.
