Villa built in the 1930s in functional style. The house has two floors with 4 bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor, social areas on the entrance level, a furnished basement with several rooms, and a large attic for storage. On the basement level, there is a separate entrance to an apartment, complete with a kitchenette and a bathroom that can be separated from the rest of the house. The residence is located in a quiet area but is still very central, a short walk to both the subway, shops, schools, and the Baltic Sea. The house is my childhood home but is rented out as my mother can no longer manage to live there.
