Hello, I am renting out my nice one-room apartment of about 45 sqm near central Borås. Below are pictures of the apartment. The rent is low, and the total fees for the apartment are approximately 4500 SEK/month. This includes both the basic fees for household operations and amortization of the apartment's loan. The one-room apartment has an extra small room, which is a walk-in closet. It is nicely laid out, has an open floor plan in the living room including the bedroom, and a good kitchen. The apartment is located in a nice area with beautiful green spaces nearby. There is a very nice large park right behind the apartment, and it is close to grocery stores and similar conveniences in the immediate area. I am renting it out for 6000 SEK per month. The area it is in is called Hulta in Borås. The apartment is also currently up for sale, it is a cooperative apartment. Laundry room with dryer and drying cabinet, and access to storage is included. The apartment is on the ground floor and has large windows, with lots of natural light. Pets are okay. I do not accept smokers. Basic employment is required and proof of it.
