The apartment is rented out partially furnished. About the residence: The apartment has a good layout that makes the spaces feel spacious and functional. It is bright and easy to enjoy living in, with everything you need for a comfortable living. About the area: The area is quiet and popular with proximity to public transport, grocery stores, gyms, and other amenities. It's easy to get to the center and also to the university or other parts of the city. Reason for renting: I am renting out the apartment because I am moving to Gothenburg to start my studies and am therefore looking for a reliable tenant during this time. I am looking for a tidy person who will take good care of the residence. The electricity flat fee is 110kr, then there is a variable fee. The water flat fee is 105kr, then there is a variable fee.
