Hello. I am renting out a small house that is 31m2 (ground floor) and 15m2 upper floor (ceiling height on the upper floor is 1.80m). The house was built 3 years ago. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen (open floor plan). There is also a new bathroom with underfloor heating. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom of about 15m2. At the entrance, there is a canopy that will soon be enclosed so that you can sit outside in any weather. I will post pictures of what it looked like during construction. The house is suitable for 1 or maximum 2 people. The rent includes heating, water, electricity, garbage collection, and parking.
