Walking distance to Malmö University's campus (Niagara/Orkanen), Malmö C, the sea, and ICA Maxi. Rent: 6250 SEK/month. The rent includes everything (base rent, internet, and home insurance). Requirements for you as a renter: Since this is a student apartment with MKB, you must be an active student (valid admission letter or registration certificate is required for MKB to approve the rental).
