As I am in a separation, I am looking for a roommate who wants to share my large 3-room apartment of 83 sqm. There is both a balcony with a patio and access to a south-facing balcony. Fresh and newly renovated apartment overall with space in the walk-in closet for your clothes. Should be noted that I have 4 cats. Electricity and internet are included in the rent. The residence is a 5-minute walk from Tyresö center where there is good communication, buses run every 5 minutes to Gullmarsplan during rush hours, then every 10 minutes during other times. Tyresö is very rural with proximity to swimming and nature.
