I am renting out my idyllic house indefinitely because I started a business and therefore will not have the same economy as before for a period. The house is located on the outskirts of Knivsta, towards Uppsala. The house currently consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room, office (bedroom), and upstairs with a bedroom. There is a fireplace in the kitchen. The house also includes a home gym, treadmill, massage chair, and shuffleboard. A pool of about 35 sqm, and spa bath is available! (Unfortunately, the spa bath is currently out of order) Deck / wooden terrace of about 500 sqm (around the whole house, and pool area. There is roofing in connection to the house. Outdoor furniture for about 30 people. Carport for 2 cars (the neighbor has one spot, so in practice there is 1 spot available for the renter. ATV for plowing in the winter, snow blower, lots of tools to use if interested! There is a guest cabin with 4 beds, electricity is available there but not water. An incredible house to spend wonderful summer days at!
