We are renting out a spacious, bright and pleasant 2-bedroom apartment in Kløfta, and are looking for a calm and responsible tenant. The apartment is perfect for one person, or for a couple with a maximum of two people. NB! The photos show the furnishing of the previous tenant. Some upgrades will be made in the apartment before moving in. The photos of the bathroom show how it will look. The apartment has a good layout and offers many practical and comfortable facilities, including: - Private entrance - Terrace - Fireplace - Underfloor heating in the bathroom - Washing machine - Sofa and coffee table - TV bench - Bed - Dining table and chairs - Internet included in the rent - One parking space under a carport Location: The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant area in Kløfta, with short distance to the everyday necessities such as train station, bus connections, grocery stores, and Romerikssenteret. Practical information: - Minimum rental period of 1 year - Electricity is not included - Smoking is not allowed - Pets are not allowed Since we live in the house ourselves, we would like to get a little in contact with the person who will rent.
