Own room of about 10 sqm in co-living near LTH, IDEON, and Lund University In addition to your room, you have access to living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and patio. The house is a newly built passive house 2026 (various things first ready in the autumn), which creates an even temperature all year round. The house is also a house designed for human health, which means more ventilation than normal, sound insulation, and material choices that don't mold or emit toxins. Everything is included in the rent such as electricity, water, fixed fiber, and heating. Cleaning for common areas is scheduled in pairs by the residents, where the next pair approves or, if desired, you can pay for hired personnel. To be allowed to live in the house, an interview is conducted to ensure at least that you can manage to live together with other people. Exactly what will be arranged and happen in the co-living is up to all of us who live there.
