This is the apartment I have really enjoyed living in, and hopefully it shows when you step inside. It is bright, well-planned, and has a sense of homeliness that is hard to pin down. The wooden floors, branches on the ceiling, and the small interior details contribute to a feeling that is modern but not clinical. Large windows draw in lots of daylight, and the patio doors lead out to a decked patio with lounge furniture. It is partially screened from the courtyard (which is quiet), making morning coffee or a late summer evening quite unbeatable. The kitchen is well-equipped with a built-in oven/microwave and a spacious stainless steel fridge/freezer. It’s a kitchen one actually wants to cook in, not just heat things up. There is also a coffee and tea maker. The apartment is rented out fully furnished. No Ikea mishmash awaits you. But it can be discussed if you have furniture with you. Floor plan: The kitchen and living room are connected in a natural way – it becomes a good area to live in, not just stay in. You can watch TV while cooking. In the living room, there is a large corner sofa with a bed behind it. Under the TV is a desk to work or eat at. The hallway is welcoming with a coat rack and storage behind mirrored doors. Also generous large wardrobes. What is included in the rent: Full furnishing (kitchen equipment, sofa, TV, outdoor furniture, etc.) Broadband/Wi-Fi [Electricity and water are charged based on consumption] Transportation: The apartment is located in Jakobsberg, in a newly built quiet area that is still developing and growing. Nearby there are gyms, schools, green areas. In the building next door, there is a pizzeria and a hairdresser. The walk to the commuter train is 5 minutes, where there is also a center with all sorts of amenities. It takes just over 20 minutes to get to T-Centralen. Why I’m renting out: I am renting out my apartment due to moving in with a partner and initially planning for 6 months, with a great chance for extension if everything works well. I am looking for someone who takes care of the residence, is non-smoking, and wants a quiet and pleasant home. Just like I have had it here.
