Charming small detached house with a quiet, secluded garden/backyard in the center of Mandal, within walking distance to Norway's most beautiful beaches. The house is fully furnished and contains a living room, dining room with seating for 4-10 (tabletops that can extend the table), 4 bedrooms (one of which is on the ground floor), kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and all kitchen utensils (cutlery, cooking equipment, kettle, coffee maker, etc.), bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, washing machine and an enclosed cozy backyard with patio and natural plot (grass/rock/flowers). There are double balcony doors opening to the patio, making the garden an extension of the dining room. The garden is sheltered (no wind), completely secluded (no view in), fully fenced with a lock and especially delightful afternoon sun. There are 7 permanent sleeping places, plus two cribs (60*120). There is thermostat-controlled heating in all floors on the ground floor (living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom), and heaters in the bedrooms. Panel heater/oil heater in living room and dining room. The fireplace CANNOT be used. Plenty of storage space in cupboards and large dressers available. I would like to emphasize that it is an old house and the standard is a bit accordingly. It is a very charming and cozy house, located very nicely and centrally in Mandal, but it is a bit low-ceilinged in some places, with old windows and not the most modern interior. The rental period at this monthly price applies until 19.06.2027. If you wish to rent during the summer holidays, it is fully possible, but then the monthly price will be higher. Quiet and calm tenants are desired, as it is an established and quiet area. Smoking is not tolerated. Dogs may be allowed by agreement. Electricity is not included, but the network rent is low (about 400 NOK). There is a mattress protector on all beds and duvets/pillows for all beds. There is a gas grill (with gas), nice garden furniture, parasol, bench and box with toys in the garden. The rental period with 10000 NOK/month is until June 19, 2027. In the summer months, the property is rented out at a weekly rental price of 15,000 NOK/week. It is fully possible to continue renting with 10000 NOK/month after August 7, 2027.
