The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator. The apartment has two bedrooms, currently accommodating four people + a baby. Additionally, there is a separate kitchen/dining area, bathroom/toilet, walk-in closet, and an open balcony facing the city center. There is also a crib and a high chair available. The rent includes a parking space with an electrical outlet. The rental period is from around October to mid-December. It can also be rented for shorter periods. A sauna shift is reserved for Saturday evening.
