The room is private but is part of a larger residence, i.e., the rental part is separated from the rest of the apartment like a private dwelling. The apartment has a WC, small fridge, microwave, kettle, hot plate, and air fryer (no kitchen or shower). There is a laundry room and a reservable sauna with a shower in the building. It is about a 5-minute walk to the grocery store, pharmacy, and subway. The apartment is close to nature, with Lake Mälaren just around the corner. Electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. *Note. Tenant must arrange their own home insurance!
