I am renting out a large furnished room in my 3-room apartment of 70 sqm. The room includes, among other things, a bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, and TV bench for storage. Quiet, scenic area in Hässelby strand. Close to 2 beaches, walking paths, exercise trails. Close to Vällingby Centrum with a large selection of restaurants, shops, and gyms. 5-7 minutes walk to the subway and 2 minutes walk to the bus. The person I am looking for: Non-smoking, calm person with a stable economy. Preferably a girl, but everyone can apply. Only one person. You should be orderly. Electricity, water, laundry room, access to kitchen & bathroom included in the rent. The rent is 4500 SEK/month. 1 month mutual notice period. Deposit of 1 month's rent which is refunded when you move out. Payment is required at contract signing & key handover. About me: I am a woman who has retired.
