The area is continuously developing and becoming increasingly attractive. Why I am renting out The room is vacant and therefore rented out. This is a selective rental. I am looking for a person with a high personal standard – orderly, responsible, and with an obvious respect for home as an environment. The right person is prioritized over a quick rental. There is a dog in the home, which sets additional requirements. You not only need to be comfortable with a dog but also have documented or clear experience with dogs – preferably on a more professional level. It is crucial that you can read, respect, and interact with the dog in a safe and natural way. The personal chemistry with the dog will be an important part of the selection.
