I would like to rent out one or two rooms in my 3-room apartment. The residence is clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet area. The room is currently unfurnished so the tenant can bring their own furniture and bed. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and shared with other residents. Included in the rent: * Internet * Electricity * Cleaning supplies / cleaning products Rent: 4,000 SEK per month Deposit: 1 month's rent The deposit is refunded when moving out, provided everything is in order. Important: Alcohol and pork are not allowed in the residence.
