Bus nearby, takes 5 minutes to town. The rent includes broadband, cable TV, heating, and parking. Household electricity is additional. You book your own electricity contract. 1 month's rent as a deposit. 2 months' notice from both tenant/landlord. No payment notices, the association must approve you and a UC check will be made.
