Kullen is a high and beautifully located house on a farm in the scenic Ydre, about 25 km southeast of Tranås. Kullen is situated adjacent to the main farm but is secluded. The house has two bedrooms upstairs, a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, toilet and shower. Utility room and boiler room with wood-fired waterborne heating. An electric water heater is also available. Large garage and additional outbuildings. Access to pasture and stables for those who wish to keep horses. Possibility for fishing and cultivation. We conduct forestry, have a small beef production, and rent out both permanent and summer residences. Advantage for those who want to participate in the farm's operation.
