The house is from 1905 with a tiled stove, light stained wooden floors, and high ceilings. The apartment is sparsely furnished. The living area is 49 m2 with a hall, kitchen, bathroom, and a large room with a balcony facing sunny southwest. Fast internet is included. Second floor without a lift. Rented out for 12 months with the option to renew the contract. Can be flexible with the start date, but the plan is for me to be in Stockholm in September and rent out sometime in October. I am renting out the apartment due to illness in the family and the need to be in another location because of this. The rent is 15,650 SEK.
