Parking outside in a fixed spot. Great view towards Glomma and a little forest without insight. Internet and TV must be arranged by the tenant. (Telia has its own wireless transmitter on the house wall) We have the electricity subscription which is shared between this apartment and one downstairs. Not sure what we will charge, but about NOK 1500; per month. The apartment is suitable for singles or couples with 1 child (max 3 people.) Ps/The road is not suitable for school children and there is poor public transport, a car is necessary here. The apartment is unfurnished!
