We rent out a large apartment over 2 floors on Løkholmen between Strömstad and Nordby. It is the 2nd and 3rd floor and is not suitable for families with small children but more for a large family with adult children, or two couples who wish to share. There is also an outdoor seating area belonging to this property and a French balcony on the second floor. There is good parking outside. It is approximately 12 minutes to Nordby and about 15 minutes to Strömstad. Løkholmen is an idyllic place by the sea that many know from TV 2 Sommerhytta. Through the staircase, you reach the 2nd floor to a large kitchen. Further, there is a separate bedroom inside. There are 2 large living rooms, one of which can be closed off and used as a bedroom if desired. On this floor, there is also a shower, toilet, and setup for a washing machine. On the 3rd floor, which was renovated 3 years ago, there is a nice loft with plenty of space for a sofa and TV corner. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with a shower and setup for a washing machine, which was renovated 5 years ago. There is a separate toilet. Additionally, there is a large bedroom with a sea glimpse. Furthermore, there is another bedroom and an alcove that can be used as a bedroom. There is plenty of space in this apartment. This is cold rent. There is access to internet/fiber and TV which can be arranged separately. There is also some storage option in the basement. We have a summer house next to this property and there is also an Airbnb apartment on the 1st floor.
