A nice apartment ready to be rented. It is a basement apartment with a separate entrance door. Recently totally renovated. Located in old Limhamn. 200 meters walk from the sea. There is a small kitchen with a stove and oven, coffee maker, and kettle. Laundry room is shared, and we have 2 small children and usually wash clothes in this laundry room once a week. Can be used by the homeowner. Lidl is nearby on the other side of the main street. Limhamn center is also so close. Smoking cigarettes or drugs is prohibited in the apartment. We have an FTX Aggregat ventilation system that is very sensitive and you can notice the smell of smoke or other drugs throughout the house if you smoke in the basement apartment. Bus stop is so close to the house, just a 2-minute walk.
