Overnight room in villa with private entrance Hello! Room with separate entrance, toilet, and kitchenette as well as shower in laundry room for rent. The room is located on its own floor, but we are looking for someone who mainly conducts their social life outside the residence and is a non-smoker. It is an advantage if you are not afraid of animals as there is a cat in the house, although you rarely encounter it. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished at the same price. The kitchen equipment is small but works for simpler cooking. The room is generally fresh. The shower is in the shared laundry room, but you are the only one using it. It is about a 10-minute walk to the commuter train at Sollentuna center, and if you want, there is also a bus there. During rush hour, there is also a bus to/from the city.
