Own room in a large shared apartment. Part of the time you will be home alone. We have a large kitchen, cozy TV corner, and also a nice electric piano and a small home gym in the apartment. Since we will share the accommodation, a bit about the home and me: Only calm tenants who understand Swedish values and culture, such as respecting each other and not disturbing or messing around, are welcome; preferably an academic student as I think it would be a good personality match. I myself am calm and tidy, laid-back, a civil engineer, 50 years old, with extensive life experience around the world, humble and liked by most, but I keep to myself and occupy myself with my cars and computer. You will have a calm and safe home, you can feel secure and private here if you are a girl. My son has moved out and his old room is now available. Included: Electricity, TV (basic channels), internet, water and heating. The kitchen has all the equipment one could wish for. There is a washing machine in the bathroom and a very good laundry room and bicycle room in the basement of our building. Transport: Bus 147 to Liljeholmen right outside the door, and the subway, ICA postal service, and restaurants in Hägerstensåsen are about a 5-minute walk away.
