Storage: Spacious storage room in the apartment as well as an associated basement storage. Laundry facilities: Private laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and good storage opportunities. Balcony: Lovely west-facing balcony with beautiful evening sun. In addition, there are nice and considerate neighbors, and pets are warmly welcome.
