1 room about 15 sqm for rent I am renting out one of my rooms in quiet Hägersten, a lovely green area next to Lake Mälaren... a little bit from Södermalm. Electricity and broadband are included in the rent. Shared areas such as kitchen, toilet, bathroom, and laundry room. In the kitchen, you have your own cabinets for storage and your own fridge and freezer shelves. Large laundry room in the basement with three machines, dryer, drying cabinet, and drying room. Communication: The red line of the metro, 15 minutes to Stockholm City. The nearest station is Örnsberg or Axelsberg. In the area, there are grocery stores, a library, swimming, cafes, gyms, restaurants, and more. I live with my two budgies and Mimmi who also rents a room. It is important that you respect that we show consideration for each other. We are vegetarians and would preferably like you to be one too.
