We are renting out our fully furnished apartment in Landvetter center for a longer period. We love our home and therefore are looking for someone who will enjoy living here and take care of the apartment as if it were their own.☺️ About the apartment: • 70 sqm • 3 rooms • 3rd floor (no elevator) • Furnished Included in the rent: • Parking space • Heating, water • Household electricity included up to 900 SEK/month. Any consumption beyond this is charged separately by agreement. • Broadband via fiber (150/150 Mbit/s) • Electronics, household appliances, and kitchen appliances Other: • The tenant signs their own home insurance • The rental is according to the landlord Förbo's rules for subletting Communication: About 350 meters to Landvetter Travel Center with frequent bus services to Gothenburg, Borås, Partille, etc. Travel time: To Gothenburg, about 15 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus. To Borås, about 30 minutes by car, 60 minutes by bus. Rental period: We are moving abroad on 30/10, so move-in at the turn of October/November. The contract initially runs for 11 months, with the possibility of extension for up to an additional 13 months if both parties wish. We are looking for someone who is responsible, has an orderly economy, and will take good care of the apartment and the items in it.
