For rent near universities, an impressive top-floor walk-through apartment, partially or fully furnished, with views of the park behind the building and Harjulampi pond. The estimated completion of the renovation is August 7th, and the latest possible end date of the lease is November 17, 2026. I bought the apartment as a home for myself but I haven't had the time to move in yet, and therefore I'm looking for a temporary tenant for the fall. Note! The tenant(s) must have comprehensive home insurance with liability insurance for the entire duration of the lease. Credit history of the tenant(s) will be checked. Security deposit: 1 month’s rent.
