Rent out my cozy two-bedroom apartment, with wonderful natural light and a west-facing balcony overlooking Rya Åsar, completely private! The apartment is located on the third (top floor), where you have sun from lunchtime until it sets in the evening. It suits you if you want to be close to the city center, but also close to the lake and forest which are a walk away. The bus stop is five minutes away and with the bus, you can easily reach the university area in just six minutes. If you have a car, you can park for free just outside. The kitchen was renovated a few years ago and has everything a kitchen needs as well as a dishwasher. The stairwell is completely renovated with a new door in all the apartments in the house. Electricity is included in the rent and broadband is included in the house. A newly renovated laundry room is in the basement, where you also get access to a storage room. The apartment is partially furnished, but if you wish to rent it empty, this can be arranged with a little advance notice. I am happy to rent out for a full year, which means you get the chance to put your own stamp on the home. This is because I live in another city with my partner.
