Hi, we will rent out a room in our three-room apartment on Heidenstamsgatan. It takes about 10 minutes by bus to Vaksala Square. The apartment is about 85 square meters with an open floor plan. The rent includes electricity, water, and broadband 500/500. Adjacent to the room are two built-in wardrobes; the room is rented furnished. There is a dishwasher and washing machine. We will share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The apartment is fully furnished! There is access to a gym and tennis court in the area, and there are an ICA store and pharmacy. I'm looking for someone who works or studies. The room is vacant now and rented out indefinitely with 2 months' notice. Two months' deposit.
