PICTURES COMING SOON. Excellent accommodation in western Jakobsberg, close to the center and transportation but still in a quiet and child-friendly area. The apartment has two bedrooms - one with three wardrobes and the other with a separate walk-in closet, a large living room (which can easily be partitioned into extra sleeping space, for example) where a spacious and enclosed balcony follows, a bathroom with shower, and a kitchen with dining area for 4-6 people. Large and nice laundry room with three washing machines, two drying cabinets, and a large dryer. Time is booked with a tag via a digital "notice board" in the stairwell. Bicycle/stroller storage is available. Outside the entrance, there is sorting for food waste/cardboard/plastic/glass, etc. In the area, many families with children live, and there are plenty of walking and cycling paths as well as several playgrounds within a short radius. A wide range of preschools and schools in the area. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the center where, among other things, grocery stores and transportation are available (bus & commuter train). Even closer is the local Coop store which has most things to offer. Primarily, the apartment is desired to be rented furnished as it is currently - however, there is room to bring some of your own furniture if desired - it is something we decide between us. The fee includes heating and water, electricity, and internet. I am renting out the apartment because I am moving in with my girlfriend in another municipality. Therefore, the residence is rented out indefinitely.
