The cabin is a 15 m2 "break room". Additionally, the 5000 m2 plot includes a canopy, an outdoor toilet, and a dock. All structures on the plot are approved, but no building permits will be granted for additional construction (forest plot zoning). Tent sauna and caravan by discretion. The beach has a good bottom and has been dredged a few meters from the shoreline. The electricity connection is available, and the tenant makes the contract. Available are a rowing boat, yard furniture, a grill, clean indoor furniture, and small equipment. The yard is beautifully landscaped with plantings and walking paths. 4200 €/year, with contracts made for one year at a time. Drinking water is available for free from the lobby of the Hauho S-market (available for cottage residents).
