The residence is rented out fully furnished and fully equipped – just move in. Here you will find a complete kitchen, furnished living areas, laundry facilities, a bathroom, and a separate guest toilet. The house comes with a small easy-to-maintain garden. Parking is available in a communal parking lot in the area. The location combines proximity to nature and the sea with good commuting possibilities to Höganäs, Helsingborg, Lund, Malmö, and Copenhagen.
