In the rural area of Southwest Häme, a house located in its own peace is looking for reliable tenants from the beginning of August. The house was built in 1947 and has been continuously inhabited since then, with some updates. The condition is satisfactory. The house is 1.5/2 stories: Downstairs there is a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, toilet, hall (both cold and warm), bathroom, and sauna. The bathroom has just been renovated, so the coming tenants will be its first users. Upstairs there are two rooms. Heating is electric with water circulation (wall radiators), and an air source heat pump will be installed on the ground floor before the tenants move in. Unfortunately, there is no possibility for wood heating, the only fireplaces are in the indoor and yard saunas. The water supply is municipal, and the wastewater system is a septic tank with an absorption field. A green 0.5 ha plot is at the end of its own dead-end gravel road in the middle of the field landscape. The nearest neighbor is about 500 m away, practically no neighbors in view. In addition to the house, there are three outbuildings on the plot: a yard sauna/shed, a wood shed with storage spaces, and an old barn/stable which serves as a garage and storage spaces. The garden has old apple trees and berry bushes (low yield) and plenty of yard trees. The plot is suitable at least for sheep and chickens, possibly also horses. Pets are welcome if the tenant commits to covering the "extra" wear and tear they cause, such as keeping the paint of the wooden floor in good condition, etc. The nearest city, Forssa, is 20 km away. Jokioinen center is 17 km away. The nearest school is also located in Jokioinen center. Currently, a school taxi picks up children 500 m away, so the house is also suitable for a family with children. The nearest family daycare is about 3 km away. Note! The landlord reserves some storage and usage space from the plot/barn for themselves. It is possible to access these spaces without disturbing the tenant's living. The use is occasional, and the rules are agreed upon separately. The size of the rent depends on the use of the spaces and is adjusted accordingly. Looking for reliable, long-term tenants who will keep the place in good condition in all respects. Credit checks are conducted, and home insurance is required. The tenant is responsible for all living costs: e.g., electricity, water, waste management costs, septic tank emptying, chimney sweeping, and winter road maintenance (help for this can be found from the village). The rent is depending on the space needed 650-550€/month + two months' rent deposit.
