Hello! We are renting out a room in our lovely apartment right in the center of Malmö, just by Davidshallstorg. The apartment is a spacious 5-room flat of about 115 square meters, fully furnished, with a great location close to restaurants, parks, and public transport. Setup A furnished, spacious, and bright room is for rent in our apartment at Davidshallstorg. You will share the apartment with us, and we will share the kitchen and bathroom. The house is from the 1930s and the apartment has many period features such as herringbone parquet, ceiling moldings, a French balcony in the kitchen, and a nice bay window in the room being rented out. The floor plan makes it possible to separate the rooms. The room being rented out is "Bedroom 1" on the overview picture. A bit about us My name is Klara, I'm 29 years old and I work in a bakery, and Glenn is 38 years old and works at IKEA. We have lived in Malmö for several years and really like the city and the area. We are a couple who like to come up with activities and adventures, but at the same time appreciate quiet and early evenings. Are you interested?
