The apartment is located in the middle of a hillside at the bottom of Stavne, within walking distance to St. Olavs Hospital, Gløshaugen, BI, TØH, and the city center. There is heating in all floors except the bedroom, and the apartment is fully furnished to the fingertips. All kitchen equipment, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, and similar are included with the apartment. Each bedroom has a 1.20 bed, office chair, desk, and a large sliding door wardrobe. Outside the apartment, there is a large storage room where the apartment has access to half of the room with its own entrance. At the back of the house, there is a patio with a Weber grill, outdoor chairs with cushions and a table, as well as a cushion box reserved for the apartment's inhabitants. The apartment has four bedrooms. In the house's top two floors, there will be three calm female students. We expect tenants who take care of the apartment and notify us if something is not as it should be. Since there are several people living in the house, we depend on tenants who show consideration for each other and general quietness on weekdays from 22:00 and 23:00 on weekends. Pre-parties/parties are arranged in consultation with tenants on the 2nd/3rd floor beforehand.
