ROOM WITH A VIEW IN NEW CENTRAL APT My flatmate is about to move out, so I am looking for a new buddy to share my apartment with. Up for grabs is a beautiful and spacious room furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe. PERKS You'll get access to a generously equipped apartment with e. g. a fully automatic coffee machine, dishwasher, infrared sauna, 4K 3D 55" TV, light therapy and pulsed electromagnetic field therapy equipment. There is a washing machine in the bathroom that also can dry the laundry. The sofa has furthermore been replaced with a more comfy one since the living room picture was taken. There are also 5 communal balconies for catching the sun or sipping wine. Moreover, for getting work done, there are 4 collaborative office spaces that are rarely occupied. A bicycle garage is available. There are stops for the metro (Ropsten) and city buses (Gasverket) close by. The most convenient way to get downtown is to take the bike, though: you'll be at Östermalmstorg within 10 minutes. Moreover, a lush nature reserve is 2 minutes away by bike. Furthermore, an idyllic bathing place in the archipelago is 10 minutes away by bike. Finally, a big grocery store (Hemköp) is 1 minute away on foot. Address: Hamlingsgatan 1. ABOUT ME I am a consultant that recently finished my degree at Stockholm School of Economics. I like combining heavy lifting in the gym with lifting the consultant/student workload. I am also a fan of authentic conversations, men's work, and adventures such as kitesurfing, mountaineering, biohacking, and winter swimming. RENTAL PERIOD Available from the end of August until the end of the autumn semester. While the expected move-in period is late August at the start of the semester, an earlier move-in can be arranged.
