Hi Renting out a room in a 3-room apartment, the room has a bed and desk. There is access to a living room with books and a TV, a kitchen with accompanying kitchen utensils. There is a washing machine in the bathroom but also a laundry room in the basement. The apartment is located a bit outside the city center but has good connections in, both bus and train almost right outside.
