From Lilla Edet's bus station, you can reach Gothenburg Central in about 1 hour and Trollhättan in about 30 minutes. There is also a walking distance to both Coop and ICA, about 2 minutes, and other nice restaurants. The rent includes electricity, heating, water, parking, and fiber/internet. The reason for renting out is that I am going to Asia travelling. The requirement is stable finances (steady income and no payment remarks) and that the association approves you as a tenant!
