The kitchen was renovated in 2014 and has a dishwasher. The bathroom was renovated in 2018 and has a washing machine. New surfaces throughout the apartment in 2018. Broadband, heating, water, and cable TV are included in the rent. There is a laundry room in the building, easy to book times. An elevator is available. Parking is not included but can be rented for 400 SEK/month. Electricity is added per month. Available immediately until April 30, 2027, with a good chance of extension. I am looking for a calm and orderly tenant. Home insurance is required. A steady income, presentation of a credit report, and employer/student certificate are required. No pets or smoking is allowed.
