Hello! Renting out my beautiful apartment on the top floor due to work in another city. Newly renovated bathroom 2026 with underfloor heating. Newly renovated kitchen 2021 with all amenities such as large dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, induction stove. Spacious private balcony with morning sun and on the other side access balcony with evening sun. There is a laundry room in the association, ping pong room, inner courtyard with pergola and basketball hoop. There may possibly be a parking space in the garage for an extra fee, I don't know what the current queue situation is but it can be checked if interested. The apartment is rented out furnished, some furniture in the pictures may not be the same, for example, sofa and coffee table. No plants or such are currently in the apartment either. The apartment is located in Främre Luthagen and a stone's throw from the nations, Ica and Fyrisån. 10 min walk to Uppsala C. NOTE rented to a completely animal and smoke-free person as I am allergic. The rent includes everything including water, electricity, heating, broadband etc. (The tenant must arrange their own home insurance).
