We rent out a part of our villa with its own entrance, it becomes a separate apartment. There is a sauna, bathtub and winter garden for those interested. Free parking on the street outside and about a 5-minute walk from the bus and subway at Islandstorget. Bus 113 and the green line of the subway run from there. A dog is present in the rest of the house and has been in the apartment. Electricity, heating, water and internet are included in the rent. If electricity consumption increases significantly, we need to review an additional charge.
