Are you longing for nature and want to be close to Lake Mälaren? We are renting out our 18th-century cottage, which consists of one room with a kitchen. It is located about 100 meters from the water and is surrounded by large oaks, with a view over a meadow. This is a place for those who want to escape the noise of the city but don't want to be too far away from it. The rent is 8500 SEK per month, and everything is included except for Wi-Fi. The bathroom consists of a shower and a washing machine. The kitchen seats four. The bedroom has a charming fireplace that can be used (though the house is mainly heated by radiators, and yes, heating is included in the rent). Hiking trails run outside the cottage, and you also have access to a dock, canoe, and kayak. The cottage is located on our property, but you have your own parking space. It's a plus if you have a car since it's about a 20-minute walk to the bus. We are looking for a non-smoking person with very organized conditions who wants to live in the cottage for a longer period. We do not approve of people without a stable income.
