I am planning to rent out my apartment, which is centrally located in the west, and I'm looking for a tenant who plans to stay long-term, ideally for two years. Move-in is by agreement, but I need to move out first. 50 square meters with 2.7 meters ceiling height, the apartment building is right next to a quiet residential area centrally located in the west with little traffic. Balcony with morning sun. Laundry room and workshop in the basement. Parking is available at the rear through the housing association. Close to the store (Matöppet) and fast buses, also within walking distance to the gym and travel center. There are several parks nearby. I have the bed in the living room because my daughter has the bedroom, it's perfect for placing a dining table there instead. The floor plan has the charm from the time the building was constructed. Cold rent. The tenant is responsible for their electricity contract and broadband. Very nice neighbors. I'm choosing to rent out the apartment because I need a bigger place to live, but I'm not ready to sell yet.
