Welcome to the little cottage on Smårisvägen! 🏡 Windows facing all directions and two lovely terraces. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sun and look out over the meadow and forest. Furnish as you wish, with what is available or your own. Washing machine installed. Newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating. The bedroom is newly painted/wallpapered. The cottage is heated by a new air heat pump. Walk to the bus in fifteen minutes along the cozy gravel road or cycle 5 minutes (bus stop Kopparmora - direct bus 436 to Slussen). Stroll in the deep forests or take a dip at the area's own bathing spot in a calm sea bay. A dog may work, but unfortunately not a cat. No smoking, either in the cottage or on the property outside.
