The rental is initially for 6 months, with the possibility of extension in additional 6-month periods, depending on when the apartment is sold. The apartment is for sale, but due to the market situation, the sale has taken longer than expected. The association has therefore approved subleasing in the meantime. If the apartment is sold during the rental period, a two-month notice period applies. This means you always get at least two months' notice if you need to move.
