Newly renovated studio apartment with sleeping loft for rent indefinitely. Available September 1 or by agreement. The apartment has high ceilings and is bright and fresh. Large, spacious sleeping loft. Large bathroom. There is a space in the apartment that can be used as a storage/wardrobe. The apartment is rented unfurnished. The apartment has a simple kitchen with hotplates, microwave, and large fridge/freezer. The building has laundry facilities in a shared laundry room. The association also has its own hot tub and club premises available for rent. Fiber optics are installed, but you have to sign your own subscription. The rent includes water, electricity, heating, and a private parking space, i.e., there are no additional costs. A parking space is included in the rent. It takes 8-10 minutes to walk to the bus stop on Huddingevägen. It is 3 km to the commuter train/center in Tumba and takes 12 minutes to cycle; it takes 15 minutes to get to Tullinge. We always draft a sublease agreement between us and the tenant + 1 month's rent as a deposit. There is a three-month notice period for both parties. The rental period is at least three months, and you, as the renter, will be able to stay as long as you want because we, the landlords, own it but have no personal need for it right now.
