Hello! My daughter, our cat, and I live in the apartment and are now looking for a female tenant. The apartment is located on the ground floor. The rent includes electricity, water, broadband, and cleaning supplies. It's about a 3-minute walk to the bus stop for bus 2 and about a 6-minute walk to ICA. A deposit equivalent to one month's rent is paid upon moving in and is refunded when you move out, provided everything is in order. We are social and like to have a pleasant home.
