Welcome to our lovely house located in a quiet area with the forest as a neighbor and close to saltwater bathing. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, and large living areas with an open kitchen. The TV room and dining area have windows facing the garden, which offers sunny and illuminated patios, outdoor furniture, a grill, a heated jacuzzi, berry land, and the forest as a neighbor with running and cycling paths. When it's warm, you can hang up the large hammock and enjoy fresh berries from the garden, or play ball on the large open grass area. If it's cold, you can ice skate on the pond while grilling sausages, or slide down the slope on a sled. There is a fireplace, woodshed, and drying cabinet, and additionally, the entire house has underfloor heating with geothermal energy. 5 minutes walking distance to the bus stop. 5 minutes walking distance to the playground. 15 minutes by car to central Gothenburg. If you want to swim in the sea, there are both Hällsvik bath and Hästevik bath. Otherwise, you can take the ferry to Öckerö or join the sing-along at Seaside, Björkö. The house is rented out for a minimum of 9 months because we are trying to live in Spain with the children for 2 terms. Water & garbage collection is included in the rent.
